heat stroke and heat exhaustion

Sue That is what happened to me. I wturned into the little engine that could until i realized i couldn't! I drove home half conscious and phoned my son to tell him where to set a bowl of ice and water for me. I barely made it to the couch. Now I see i should have drank salted water. I DIDNT KNOW THAT. It took 3 days to be back to my ol' self. |
